What is most useful to send
A correction. If a dose is wrong, a citation does not say what the page claims it says, a compound is misclassified, or a regulatory status has changed — that is the single most valuable message we get, and it gets acted on. Send the page URL and what you think is wrong; a source is welcome but not required.
Also useful: a compound that badly needs a page, a study we have missed, a calculator that produces a number you can show is off, or anything on /methodology that the site does not actually live up to.
Rights, legal and privacy
Data-protection requests, rights questions and anything else arising from the privacy policy or the terms go to the same address. So do copyright and rights-holder queries — say which page and which material, and we will fix or remove it rather than argue about it.
To delete a saved cycle plan, send its share link. It is the only handle either of us has on it: nothing about a saved plan identifies who saved it, which is deliberate but does mean we cannot find yours without the link.
What we cannot help with
Anything medical about you personally. We are not clinicians and will not tell you what to take, at what dose, or whether something is safe for you. That is not modesty — it would be the fabricated-credential problem in an inbox instead of on a page. Take it to a doctor.
Where to buy anything. SupplementCycle is not a vendor and does not source, supply or recommend suppliers. We do not answer sourcing questions and we do not pass them on.
What to expect
This is a small project, not a support desk. Corrections are read and usually acted on quickly; everything else may take a while. Legal and data-protection requests are answered inside the statutory time limits regardless.
