Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is driven by inflammation and fibrosis of the joint capsule, producing a painful loss of range that develops over months. The interest in peptides here is two-pronged: anti-inflammatory action during the painful 'freezing' phase, and tissue support through recovery.
BPC-157 and the anti-inflammatory peptide KPV are the usual candidates. There's essentially no controlled human data for frozen shoulder specifically, so this is educational only — the mainstays remain physiotherapy, and in some cases corticosteroid injection or hydrodilatation under a clinician.
