For open wounds and skin repair, this stack layers three complementary peptides. LL-37 is an antimicrobial peptide (a cathelicidin fragment) studied for wound defence and closure; GHK-Cu drives collagen and tissue remodelling; BPC-157 adds angiogenic, cytoprotective support.
LL-37 and GHK-Cu can be used topically on the wound, with BPC-157 systemic. This is a defined healing block, not a standing protocol — and as with all repair peptides, the human evidence is early. Anyone with a serious or non-healing wound needs clinical care, not self-experimentation.
