Achilles Tendinopathy

Degeneration and pain of the Achilles tendon — a classic target for tendon-repair peptide interest.

The Achilles is the body's largest tendon and notoriously slow to heal when it becomes tendinopathic. The repair-peptide rationale is the same as for other tendons: support angiogenesis and collagen remodelling in a structure with limited blood supply.

BPC-157 and TB-500 dominate the conversation. The controlled human evidence for Achilles specifically doesn't exist yet; eccentric loading programmes are the proven backbone, and these are experimental additions.
