Tennis Elbow

Lateral epicondylitis — overuse tendinopathy of the elbow where repair peptides are commonly discussed.

Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a degenerative overuse tendinopathy rather than simple inflammation, which is why it can be stubborn. The rationale for repair peptides is to support the tendon remodelling that's gone awry.

BPC-157 leads the discussion, sometimes with TB-500. As with all tendinopathies on the site, the human evidence is thin; load management, eccentric exercise, and time remain the evidence-based core, with these compounds as experimental adjuncts at most.
