The best-known soft-tissue repair pairing — a cytoprotective peptide plus an actin-regulating one, for tendon, ligament, and muscle recovery.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most-discussed repair peptides, and they're usually run together because their mechanisms are complementary: BPC-157 is cytoprotective and angiogenic (it supports new blood-vessel formation and gut/tendon lining), while TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 fragment) upregulates actin and aids cell migration to the injury site.
A common pattern is a daily BPC-157 dose with TB-500 a few times a week, run for a defined injury block of 4–8 weeks rather than indefinitely. Note that the human evidence is largely preclinical/anecdotal — these are research compounds, not approved therapeutics, and that caveat is front-and-centre on each compound page.
